Accompanied by a member of Senior Management you will travel through the entire farm and learn how these majestic animals are managed from birth until retirement.

Begin the day by an introduction to the Studs founder, Colonel William Hall Walker and learn the part he played in shaping the grounds in the 1900’s and the unique ways he bred successful thoroughbred racehorses. Enjoy refreshments in the exclusive surroundings of the Stud Boardroom and view the historically impressive Gift to State book.

From here it’s on to the rolling green paddocks where you will be introduced to our impressive roster of successful Stallions and treated to a private stallion parade where you will see these champions up close.

Depending on the time of year you will have an opportunity to observe a covering in our state of the art covering barn, view a newborn foal in our foaling unit or see the mares and foals together and learn how the farm operates on a day-to-day basis.

Following this meet the iconic living legends team, a group of retired National Hunt champions that live at the Stud, household names such as Hurricane Fly, Beef or Salmon, Faugheen and many more now live a peaceful retirement here and enjoy the adoration of their many fans who come from all corners of the globe to see them. From here it’s time to immerse yourself in our award winning interactive Irish Racehorse Experience and join in the fun of owning, training, and riding your horse to victory.

After an impressive private lunch, it’s on to the Japanese Gardens where you will receive a private tour of these world-famous gardens, find out about the amazing men behind the design and creation and follow the footsteps of its founder and learn about the journey of life and story it portrays
